Job Description

Requirements:

5 or more years of experience with the 3DExperience Platform.
Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management.
Change Management experience.
Experience in mechanical design using CATIA V5/V6.
Experience with CAD and Engineering Processes testing/validation.
Experience drafting technical documentation and training materials.
Experience in requirements gathering and best practices documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues with 3DEXPERIENCE and CATIA 3DX.
Mentor and support daily operations on the Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Document and standardize best practices for team efficiency.
Collaborate with software vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
Monitor and manage support requests in a service desk application.
Participate in testing and validation of new CAD and PLM processes.
Provide daily operational support and troubleshooting assistance.
