Utilize your engineering skills near Lake Mills, IA! This Manufacturing Engineer will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, optimizing production processes, while implementing lean manufacturing methods. Paying between $58K-$68K. Interested?
What you will do:
- Contribute to the design, development, and fabrication of upgrades for existing equipment.
- Engage with team and suppliers to review costs, quality standards, and related issues concerning tooling and equipment.
- Provide training on manufacturing or processing techniques
- Assist in analyzing tooling to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Establish time and production standards, capabilities, and necessary documentation for implementation in manufacturing.
- Review blueprints and designs to determine component and prototype requirements, including in-house tooling needs.
Key Skills:
- Experience with CAD software
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or Technical School with 2-3 years of relevant experience
