MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

Objective

The Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in optimizing and advancing manufacturing processes to ensure highโ€‘quality production and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for leading engineering initiatives that improve product design, reduce costs, and enhance manufacturing throughput. The role involves close collaboration with design, quality, and production teams to implement innovative solutions and resolve complex manufacturing challenges. The Manufacturing Engineer also mentors junior engineers and contributes to strategic planning related to manufacturing capabilities and capacity expansion. This role drives continuous improvement efforts that support the companyโ€™s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment
  • Solid modeling experience using SolidWorks, Proโ€‘E, Inventor, or equivalent
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies

Responsibilities
