Solar Division Manager position responsibilities

Lead the project team and have overall P&L responsibility and to grow the division
Maintain customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and quality control. Customer service must be a priority.
Manage project related correspondence and documents.
Manage activities associated with materials, budget, and production for projects.
Schedule and plan resources to meet project schedules.
Be the liaison with the client and field construction team
Identify scope changes, address issues, and communicate project milestones.
Manage project financials and budget to meet or beat estimated GP.
Facilitate the change order process on client projects.
Manage all aspects of multiple projects and ensure budget targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
Must receive and provide clear, constructive feedback regarding work performance and be able to provide clarification as necessary.
Uphold Owen Electrics values to include safety, quality, teamwork, and growth.
Must be willing to put safety ahead of profits
Deep understanding of risk and value drivers in solar generation projects
Some subcontractor experience is a must (Developer and EPC experience ok if combined with related subcontract PM experience)

What we are looking for

Minimum 5 + Years of commercial/utility scale solar generation project management experience
5+ Years Project Management
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.
Must have good developmental and team building skills.
Ability to plan and strategize effectively on projects.
Ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
Committed to providing customer service at all hours.
Ability to travel.
Must have clean driving record and background
