Senior Data Analyst

Senior Data Analyst to support NAVSEA, PEO IWS. The Data Analyst will provide Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) support for US Navy (DDG 51 Shipbuilding Program) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) AEGIS Weapon System (AWS) Programs to include production, development, test and evaluation, ship integration and cruiser modernization.

In this role the analyst will:

• Review contract Statement of Works (SOWs)/Performance Work Statements (PWSs) and identify the contract data deliverable (CDRL) requirements.
• Coordinating with Navy customers and Navy contractor support personnel to ensure the contract data format, content, distribution, and delivery requirements are adequately established.
• Develop and maintain contract CDRL DD Form 1423s and submit updated CDRL DD Form 1423s for contract modifications.
• Track contractor data deliverable submissions and work with Navy customers and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) to ensure all contract data deliverables have been submitted.

Basic Requirements:

• Ability to work as part of a small team (4 direct team members) as well as working independently.
• Strong communication skills (written & oral).
• MS Office (Word, Excel)

Preferred Experience:

• At least five (5) years Contract Data Requirements List (DD Form 1423) support.
• Prior DoD support; Specially NAVSEA.
• NAVSEA Data Management Certificate
• Active Secret Clearance

Clearance:

• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
