Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate cost estimates for concrete and asphalt projects based on blueprints, specifications, and site visits. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure estimates are comprehensive and competitive. - Analyze project requirements, material costs, labor expenses, and other factors to determine project pricing. - Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality materials. - Review project progress and adjust estimates as needed to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications: -Minimum 5 Years experience. - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). - Proven experience as an estimator in the concrete and asphalt industry. - Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
