Responsibilities:

• Attention to Detail: Possess the ability to read and catch any mistakes, ensuring orders are accurate and error-free.

• Order Processing: Utilize shipping experience to pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in reading and fulfilling customer orders.
• Product Movement: Efficiently move products within the warehouse, maintaining an organized and streamlined process.
• Pallet Preparation: Skillfully prepare shipper pallets, adhering to quality standards and secure packaging practices.
• Documentation Expertise: Complete bills of lading, unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, and accurately record shortages.
• Shipping Receiving: Oversee the receiving process, organizing items for shipping or delivery.
• Order Fulfillment: Fill customer orders according to standard operating procedures.
• Logistics Coordination: Schedule shipments, plan logistics, and coordinate item transportation.
• Shipment Tracking: Actively track and monitor the delivery status of each shipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in shipping and receiving roles.
• Familiarity with E-commerce software and/or Ship Station.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting orders, ensuring accuracy in fulfillment.
• Physical ability to move and handle products efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of order accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
