Job Description

Synder Accounting is small accounting firm in Boise ID looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and internal team members by providing administrative and customer service assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new clients and employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Set up and maintain systems to organize and track client and employee documentation.
  • Collaborate with accountants and team members to gather necessary documentation for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive client information.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
  • Monitoring incoming emails and inquiries from clients, partners, and forwarding requests to appropriate team members.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to emails.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Spanish speaking skills are a plus
