Field Analyst Administrator/ Forester

About our Role

A Field Analyst/ Administrator will support the clients Record Quality Management Team and will be responsible for providing support working as a third party administrator to our client. The position requires good communication skills, strong proficiency in excel and other Microsoft reports such as Power Bi. This position is primarily a remote position by may require field work as needed by client.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review assigned records for Completeness and Accuracy based on the survey criteria/attribute list by Veg management program
• Complete records review of assigned batches and log survey results into designed applications
• Perform desktop reviews of maps/forms/ other forms of records as required
• Timely completion of daily survey status
• Record completion times against tasks to enable data capture for time studies
• Run data queries to identify data issues/data exceptions and highlight areas where data cleaning may be required
• Flag opportunities to reduce duplications and redundancy in the records review process
• Collaborate with leads to improve record review process, survey collection and storage process
• Test and validate Power BI UI views for programs as required
• Document functional specification document with version control for Power BI view for Routine Program, Second Patrol, TRI & FTI programs
• Document requirements reviewed for assigned program
• Maintain Asset repository
• Maintain Survey design functional specifications with version control
• Test and validate Survey form against functional/technical design specifications
• Present data-driven insights to drive decisions/directions on survey criteria/attribute definitions
• Stay ahead of assigned training by 30 days
• Run Reports from Data Collection Software
• Communication with clients
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite
• Occasional work in field if/when necessary
• Other duties as assigned by client

QUALITIFICATIONS
The chosen candidate will have experience with:
• Five (5) or more years experience with Vegetation Management and data analysis and record keeping work.
• Work Verification/ Vegetation Management Field knowledge and exposure
• Vegetation Management inspection skills a plus
• Experience setting up, monitoring and/or data controls and systems to ensure quality and risk compliance.
• Project logistics and analytics
• Strong technical / computer knowledge
• Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio skills
• Programming Languages - SQL, Python
• Analytics - Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics
• Highly organized

$48.00 per hour, Full Time
