Bilingual Call Center Representative - Dental

MarillacHealth is hiring a Dental Call Center Representative! Must be In-Person, not remote.

Job Summary:

Manage outgoing calls to newly assigned patients and programs. Manage inbound calls and set appointments. Bi-lingual strongly preferred.

Essential Functions:

Primary duties

· Make outbound calls to new patients to confirm appointments and patients assigned to new programs.

· Contact Patients to schedule preventative care visits

· Reschedule appointments as necessary.

· Manage inbound calls and set appointments.

· Determine reason for inbound call and route appropriately

· Scheduled requested appointments

· Other duties as assigned

Competencies:

Bi-lingual

· Strong customer service skills

· Strong phone communication skills

· Strong computer skills

· Medical terminology knowledge a plus

Required Education/Experience:

· High school diploma

· 1+ years customer service

Preferred Education/ Experience:

· 1+ year medical setting customer service

Additional Eligibility:

This position resides in a medical facility therefore, employee must obtain or show proof of the following vaccines prior to first day.

· Annual Flu Shot

Work Environment:

This position performs duties in a healthcare facility setting. This may include performing duties within the view of patients or members of the public.
