Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager/ Estimator to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
Allocate resources for assigned projects.
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Provide and procure construction materials including but not limited to Division 10 items (bathroom acc., toilet compartments, fire extinguishers, and visual display boards). Also, Division 8 hollow metal doors and hardware.
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction management or other related fields is preferred but not required in house training can be considered for the right candidate.
Familiarity with construction documents and comprehension of the same is a plus.
Must be dedicated and career oriented.
