Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship required for this position.
• Engineer In Training (EIT) license and ready to sit for the Professional Engineer exam or current P.E. license.
• Civil Design with experience in Land development is desired.
• Experience and understanding of water, wastewater, roadway and site project   
• requirements 
• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET Accredited Institution.

• Broadband/Cellular Site Development
• Due Diligence Investigations and Property Transfer Related Site Evaluations (Including Phase | Environmental Site Assessments, Phase 1 Site Investigations/Remedial Investigations, Remedial Action Feasibility Analyses and Budgetary Cost Estimates, Property Condition Assessments, and Environmental Liability Protection/ Insurance Procurement Assistance)
• Water Supply System Design
• Wastewater/Septic Design & Analysis
• Water Supply System Design
• Litigation Support/Expert Witness Services
• Land Reuse Planning
• Permitting and SWPPP Services (Preparation and Submittal of the notice of intent and related permit registration documents, project evaluations with regards to current stormwater regulations.)
• Soils Evaluations for Drainfields Soils/Geological Maps
• Drone surveying boundary surveying
  Drone surveying boundary surveying
  Design Ground Surveying
  Construction a n d Record Drawing Surveying
  Airport Surveying (FAA Compliance Surveying) Topographic and Detailed Mapping
