Capstone Solutions is a construction telecommunications company seeking civil construction workers for the greater Seattle area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of on-site construction experience preferred
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time (may be less depending on job locations)
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • A valid driver's license
  • High School graduate, GED or equivalent
  • Must be able to follow directions from Foreman and have a positive attitude
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test


Responsibilities:

  • Clear and prepare site for construction
  • Assist in building structures for tower sites
  • Mix and pour concrete
  • Unload and load materials for job site
  • Dig trenches
  • follow safety measures for Civil Field work
  • other duties as assigned
