Key Responsibilities
- Input and update data into our systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and make necessary corrections.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports based on the data entered.
- Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using data entry software and tools.
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
