Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join the Jenn Smira Team as a Real Estate Listing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks associated with listing properties for sale. Your primary duties will include coordinating property listings, preparing marketing materials, communicating with clients and agents, and ensuring the smooth transition of properties from listing to sale.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate the listing process for residential and commercial properties, including gathering all necessary documentation and information.
• Prepare and review listing agreements and other legal documents.
• Create and maintain accurate property listings on various platforms, including MLS and websites.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other vendors to schedule property photo shoots, floor plans, virtual tours, and staging.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online advertisements to promote listed properties.
• Communicate regularly with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates on listing status and gather necessary information.
• Schedule property showings and open houses, and collect feedback from potential buyers and agents.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and disclosures are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all listed properties.
• Weekly coordination of team open houses and uploading them on Bright MLS.
• Managing our signage, lock boxes, and sign riders.
• Answer the Jenn Smira Team phone line during business hours.
• Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in real estate administration or a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with real estate software and MLS platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
• environment.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in real estate or administration is preferred.
