Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‐oriented E‐Commerce Product Listing Specialist to help build, organize, and maintain accurate product listings across our online platforms. This role involves working with OEM part numbers, technical specifications, cross‐references, and product data to create clean, SEO‐optimized listings that drive customer confidence and sales.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys structured work, data accuracy, and creating listings that are both technically correct and easy for customers to understand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create accurate, SEO‐optimized product listings for e‐commerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, etc.)

  • Research product specifications, OEM numbers, cross‐references, and fitment details

  • Write clear, concise product titles, bullet points, and descriptions

  • Organize and clean product data using Excel/Google Sheets

  • Upload and manage product images (cropping, resizing, renaming)

  • Maintain consistent formatting, naming conventions, and brand voice

  • Identify duplicate listings, missing data, or inconsistencies

  • Perform bulk uploads and catalog updates as needed

  • Communicate with management regarding missing information or data discrepancies

  • Support general catalog organization and data‐entry tasks

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience creating product listings for e‐commerce platforms

  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, formulas, data cleanup)

  • Ability to write SEO‐friendly titles and descriptions

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience working with technical product data or specifications
