  • Experience with project management or workflow platforms such as Airtable, Asana, Jira, or a comparable system

  • Experience using a content management system such as Contentful

  • Familiarity with on-page SEO, accessibility, mobile usability, structured product data, or highly configurable products

What You’ll Do

  • Configure product options, variants, pricing, imagery, links, content blocks, specifications, and other supporting page elements

  • Perform detailed quality assurance before and after launch to confirm that listings function properly across desktop and mobile devices

  • Review product pages from the customer’s perspective to ensure information is clear, intuitive, and supports confident purchasing decisions

  • Maintain existing product listings by updating lead times, pricing, product options, specifications, imagery, content, and promotional information

  • Identify, diagnose, and correct issues such as broken links, typographical errors, inaccurate information, formatting inconsistencies, and misconfigured page elements

  • Work closely with Product Development, Content, Multimedia, Marketing, and Web Development teams to gather information, resolve questions, and remove launch blockers

  • Ensure new listings connect properly with category pages, related products, accessories, comparison tools, and other supporting website content

  • Research competitors and industry best practices to recommend improvements to product presentation, page usability, internal processes, and the overall UPLIFT Desk shopping experience
