Our real estate team is growing, and we’re looking for a real estate recruiter to help us find the right people for our team! You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. $60,000 - $72,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
• Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private
• Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants
• Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team
• Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field
• Must have a college degree
• Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services
