Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restroom facilities, including restocking toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other amenities as needed.
• Greet guests as they enter the restroom area and provide assistance with towels, hand soap, and other amenities.
• Monitor restroom traffic to ensure a smooth flow of guests and promptly address any issues or concerns, such as cleanliness or maintenance issues.
• Keep the restroom area organized and tidy, including emptying trash bins and wiping down surfaces regularly.
• Offer mints, gum, or other complimentary items to guests upon request.
• Provide a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for guests, offering assistance with any special requests or accommodations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing Maü Miami's commitment to exceptional service.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless guest experiences and uphold Maü's standards of excellence.
• Keep track of inventory and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and staff members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 23 years old.
