Position Overview: Five Star Bath Solutions is seeking an experienced Installer for 2-day bathroom wet-area renovations. We specialize in high-quality transformations using composite wall systems and modern plumbing standards. We are looking for a reliable professional who prioritizes waterproofing/no-leak integrity, clean finishes, and 100% customer satisfaction.
 
Scope of Work:
·       Plumbing: Full removal of existing valves, and installation of new pressure-balancing rough-in valves.
·       System Proficiency: We use high-efficiency, precision-press technology (PEX and ProPress) to ensure zero-leak reliability.
·       Wet Area Install: Demo to studs; install drains, level/install pans, and mount 100% waterproof backer board.
·       Wall Systems: Fit, adhere, and seal composite wall panels and accessories.
·       Final Detail: Apply final silicone seals with precision and pride.
·       Customer Hand-off: Conduct a final walkthrough with the homeowner to explain product features and ensure 100% satisfaction before leaving the site.
 
Requirements:
·       5+ years in bathroom remodeling with a heavy emphasis on plumbing and wet-area installs.
·       Master or Journeyman Plumber preferred (licensed in PA).
·       Expert-level knowledge of ProPress and PEX systems.
·       High attention to detail regarding waterproofing (sealing all joints/fasteners), overall workmanship, and finish aesthetics. 
·       Must have reliable truck/van to transport materials (panels are 60”x96”) and professional-grade tools.
·       Punctual, meticulous job site management, and strong communication skills with management and homeowners.
·       LLC, EIN, active general liability policy, and workers' comp insurance (or exemption).
