NexGen Baths is a local company offering bathroom installation services based out of Jefferson and Redfield, IA. We are a professional, reliable and growing group that is looking to expand our install team. We encourage you to apply if you enjoy a fast paced work environment, are a self starter and are willing to learn. Our team likes to work hard and have fun while doing so.

Our work environment includes:

  • On-the-job training
  • Collaborative work
  • No nights or weekends

Responsibilities:

- Install and assemble various products according to specifications

- Use hand tools and power tools to complete installations

- Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and alignment

- Inspect finished installations for quality and accuracy

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in installation or construction preferred

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication skills

Pay based on experience.
