We serve national, regional and local homebuilders, real estate developers, and general contractors, providing long-lasting roofing, solar, and home battery storage solutions for single-family homes, multifamily dwellings, and selected commercial buildings.

We leverage that expertise to also provide New Construction-grade roofing, solar, and home battery storage solutions to existing homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

 Ensure all crews comply with Citadel and industry standards for workmanship, quality and safety for all installations

•          Ensure that all crews have proper safety equipment and documentation on each vehicle that is being used on job sites

•          Provide General Superintendent quality audit reports on finds of your quality audits with details and photos of findings•           

•          Provide feedback of quality and safety audit to crews that you have performed audits on

•          Train crews when needed and assure they are informed on all product changes

•          Ensure that crews are trained and are conducting site audit prior to install

•          Pre-Wire ensure that roof area is free and clear of any roof penetrations where solar will be installed

•          Solar Installation ensure no shading, orientation of array, number of modules match solar layout as well as BOM

Define requirements for each community

•          Attend new community pre-construction meeting with other trades

•          Complete Pre -Construction checklist

•          Assist in researching local AHJ/Utility requirements for PV installation for new communities

as well as changes being made in existing communities

•          Review master plans designs to ensure installations methods match

•          Provide feedback to Project Administrator team to ensure any changes needed are

documented and updated in Citadel’s CRM

Inventory Management

Provide weekly inventory of crew's trucks to warehouse and work with crew leads to maintain agreed upon truck inventory levels
