Our team is seeking a innovative and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in growing the Gearsupply team, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Design and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, using a variety of tools and techniques including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a match with organizational needs and culture.
- Manage the interview process, coordinating schedules, preparing interviewers, and providing follow-up on interview results.
- Negotiate job offers, working closely with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive outcome for both parties.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Gearsupply's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Keep abreast of recruiting trends and best practices, continuously improving our recruitment processes.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Strong understanding of recruiting strategies and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
