We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay range of $20.91/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
Job Description:
* Seed Technicians are involved in all facets of seed production within a location. Indoor seed processing and packaging activities may include receiving, scanning, cleaning, treating, sorting, counting, labeling or warehousing seed.
* Manufacturing (Production) positions may also include organizing, moving and placing seed into storage, maintaining inventory accuracy utilizing electronic inventory systems.
* Previous experience with MS Office / Excel and other standard computer and software systems is preferred.
* Basic mechanical ability / understanding of equipment maintenance (able to operate and trouble shoot equipment) is preferred.
* 1-3 Years of Experience
