Role Summary
As the Implementation Specialist for Intellivo you will work in collaboration with key business stakeholders both internal and external to own onboarding of new clients. You will help drive pivotal projects and steps from data migration, to implementation and go-live, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met, all within allotted time frames. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, persistent and persuasive, and an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities
As the Implementation Specialist, you will:
- Project management and business analyst duties for client onboardings/implementations and changes. Act as SME for client data needs.
- Collaborate with IT implementation developers to ensure client implementation is on track
- Create Adhoc SQL queries
- Assist in testing accuracy of newly onboarded clients within our custom application
- Identify and implement solutions for optimizing the customer onboarding process
- Manage, assign, and conduct meetings as needed with internal and external stakeholders
- Create data mapping for IT and company use for various operational needs.
- Help foster positive customer relationships that create a loyal customer base.

Required Qualifications
- B.S / B.A required;
- 3+ years experience in a data analyst or project management role
- 3+ years experience creating SQL queries
- Advanced level aptitude to understand and relay technical issues related to implementation to the client as well as the relevant IT team.
- Understanding of health care file types and how to navigate
- Proficiency with project management tools; JIRA preferred
- Strong and confident public speaking skills;
- An ability to multitask, prioritize, and balance varied tasks on a daily basis;
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ year experience working with healthcare data preferred
- Strong MS Office skills preferred, especially Excel
- Experience working in a high growth company preferred
