Job Title: Texas Security Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Texas Security Manager to join our team. Direct Protective is expanding into the State of Texas from Oklahoma and looking for an individual to help us grow our footprint. Daily duties will vary to include ATM replenishment and balancing, cash delivery and pick up from financial institutions and the Federal Reserve, and other various routes as deemed necessary. The ideal candidate will ensure accountability and security of all liabilities while prioritizing daily operations workflow. The Texas Security Manager will work closely with the Director of ATM/CIT and the Director of Security to ensure the secure, safe, and efficient functioning of the ATM and CIT operations, as well as the security of DPS and its customers' property and assets in the State of Texas.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Supervise all route drivers, ATM technicians, and potential Posted Security Officers in the State of Texas.
• Ensure accountability and security of all liabilities.
• Prioritize daily operations workflow.
• Work closely with the Director of ATM/CIT and the Director of Security to ensure the secure, safe, and efficient functioning of the ATM and CIT operations.
• Ensure the security of DPS and its customers' property and assets in the State of Texas.

• Must have a current Texas Security Manager's License and a current Level III Commission in the State of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a professional law enforcement, military, or security supervisory role.
• Must have a valid driver’s license which is approved by DPS’s auto insurance provider.
• Management experience in a stressful and deadline-rich environment is preferred.
• Cash Handling experience in the secure logistics or banking industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of Armored car and ATM Servicing industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Budgeting and planning experience is preferred.
