Digital Marketing Specialist

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with the content, creative and social teams to enhance our content and social media strategies.

 

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate the development and deployment of digital content (such as website, blogs, video, and other online collateral).
• Help maintain a unified brand voice across different communication channels, including social media and email marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media strategy and calendar.
• Monitor competitive and industry social media and content trends.
• Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.

Compliance with Laws & Regulations:

• Responsible for complying with all of the Bank’s internal control policies and procedures.
• Responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations to which the Bank is subject.
• Responsible for communicating problems in operations, noncompliance with the code of conduct, noncompliance with laws and regulations, policy violations, or illegal acts.

Education and Experience:

• Two years of marketing or communications experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or another relevant field

Qualifications:

• Understanding of using digital media to market, advertise, and sell products
• Knowledgeable of social media and how it can be used to reach consumers
• Strong background in copywriting and editing
• Familiarity with content management systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
