Equipment Operator

• Perform field tillage activities including but not limited to primary tillage, secondary tillage, cultivation, harvest support (dump wagon), and spray and fertilizer applications.   
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Equipment may include any of the following: Honda ATV, Polaris, 5320/5325 tractors, 6320 tractors, 7210/7410 and similar vehicles or tractors, challenger MT755 and John Deere Sprayer.
• Tasks include mowing, weed control, planting, harvesting, fertilizer and chemical application, irrigation, pruning, drip setup, maintenance, and repairs. 
• Operate GPS guidance systems in equipment.
• Communicate field conditions with senior operators or managers.
• Maintain equipment in working order.
• Keep accurate records of work performed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Three months of related experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual Spanish/English desirable.
