We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee and manage daily operations on our farm located in Independence, KY.ย  This role involves leading a team to ensure efficient, sustainable, and profitable farming practices while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise farm staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Monitor crop growth, soil conditions, and weather to adjust farming plans accordingly.
  • Experience in operating farm machinery and maintaining farm equipment and ensure safe operation protocols are followed.
  • Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to farming operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Farm Manager or similar role in agricultural management.
  • Strong knowledge of farming operations, crop management, and equipment maintenance.
