Job Summary: Join our RF Hardware team to contribute to wireless hardware development for cutting-edge products. We seek a skilled individual to measure and characterize cellular radio hardware designs across our entire product line.

Key Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in electronics or 3-5 years of hands-on RF test and measurement experience.
• Proficiency in RF test and measurement methodology and equipment spanning the 600MHz to 6GHz frequency range.
• Experience with spectrum analysers, signal generators, network analysers, cellular call boxes, load pull tuners, oscilloscopes, and DC power supplies.
• Proven track record in running extensive characterization efforts on RF components or systems using fully automated test setups.
• Scripting and script debug experience, preferably in Python, MATLAB, etc.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Excel, and MATLAB.
• Basic understanding of reading schematics and reviewing PCB layouts is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Establish rack-based RF test setups capable of executing fully automated hardware characterization test campaigns.
• Ensure calibration and optimal performance of test setups while collaborating with lab management on equipment maintenance.
• Utilize test setup automation tools to gather parametric data on cellular hardware designs, providing this data to design engineers for review.
• Collaborate with rework technicians to implement hardware revisions for characterization purposes.
• Work closely with test automation engineers to troubleshoot test script/station issues and maintain up-to-date rack equipment and test software.

• Ideal candidate possesses a background in reliability testing.
• Education: Degree in engineering or equivalent bachelor's in a relevant science such as physics or chemistry.
