Job Description

TYPE: Direct hire Opportunity; Monday - Friday; 100% in office

TECHNICIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE REP RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop positive customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Processing quotes and estimates for customers in a timely fashion
  • Create service tickets, ensuring orders are entered accurately
  • Work closely with the commercial sales department daily
  • Invoice open orders & manage those invoices through their lifecycle
  • Work with vendors to source/cost materials
  • Manage open orders and assists with collections
  • Assist with setting the commercial service schedule

TECHNICIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE REP QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have minimum 2 year customer service experience, ideally in an mechanical company environment
  • Previous estimating and quoting experience is a plus
  • Must have great communication skills and a courteous telephone manner
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications
