Job Description
Merrimack Manufacturing LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to support our team by taking responsibility for customer relationships and order handling. This role will be part of the procurement team to support our company growth.

- Respond to customer inquiries in person, or via phone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders and returns efficiently.
- Manage order status to ensure on time delivery to customer.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth communication regarding customer orders, on time delivery, and to quickly find resolutions to customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Log customer feedback in a timely manner.
- Attend daily stand up meetings to provide product line specific delivery updates.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- University/college degree is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft office software and ERP systems is a plus
