Dental Community & Social Media Marketer- Onsite position

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketer to join our team and help us expand our reach. As the Orthodontic Office Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones. You will work closely with our orthodontists and staff to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and enhance our online and offline presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive patient acquisition and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and key stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and collaborative initiatives.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and email newsletters to showcase our services and educate patients.
• Coordinate community outreach events, sponsorships, and partnerships to raise awareness of our practice and foster positive relationships within the community.
• Serve as a spokesperson for the organization, representing our brand at community events, meetings, and public forums.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Supervise and advise in the implementation of graphic design, photography/videography, social media, and promotional merchandise and materials

Qualifications:

• This is an onsite position and candidate must be willing to commute to office & surrounding areas 
• Proven track record of building and engaging a following base on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
• Previous experience in marketing recommended, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, and website analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
