Divergent has just opened with a focus on community outreach and is ready to exceed all expectations. To meet expansion goals, Divergent is looking for an Entry Level Marketing Manager to join their management trainee program. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth into an executive management role after completion of the training program.
Assistant Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Comply with all client guidelines
- Effectively communicate product knowledge to prospective customers
- Engaging with consumers and effectively educating them to drive sales
Assistant Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Must be able to have FUN
- Must be excited to work face to face with people
- Customer service, retail, sales and/or marketing experience
- Ability to work at least 40 hours/ week
- Ability to travel locally
- Aggressive desire to learn
