Job Description:

As a System Analyst at M & D Mechanical Contractors, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient and effective systems solutions to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that our systems are optimized for maximum performance and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions

- Design and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely and successful implementation of systems solutions

- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of systems architecture, processes, and procedures

- Perform testing and troubleshooting of systems to ensure accuracy and functionality

- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems and processes

- Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and data privacy guidelines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in system design and development

- Experience with project management and Agile methodologies

- Knowledge of database management and SQL

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
