Lead – Financial Systems – Downtown Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid) 
The Ohio Public Employees Retirement System is one of the top pension systems in the United States. We are passionate about creating technical solutions that solve complex problems and drive real-world impact.  As the Lead – Financial Systems you will have the opportunity to guide the implementation and support of tools that make that work possible.
What You’ll Do 
Reporting to the IT Manager – Application Development, this role works as a liaison between the business and technical teams to support their application environment.  The Lead - Financial Systems Financial Systems will also serve as product owner and subject matter expert for Finance and related business.

What You’ll Bring 
  • At least five years of experience in designing and developing applications and/or finance system implementations.
  • At least one year of direct or indirect supervisory experience.
  • Experience in documenting business requirements, process workflows, and system functionality.
  • Demonstrated experience with Technical writing, SDLC, Relational Databases/SQL, Unit, Smoke, SIT and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Prior experience with implementing an ERP system for finance preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • PMP, Scrum Master and/or Professional Finance Certifications (CPA, CFA, etc.) are strongly preferred.
