Responsibilities of the Medical Customer Service Representative:
- Provide essential phone support to patients, ensuring prompt assistance and delivering exceptional service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking information regarding their health records or appointments.
- Assess individual customer needs, resolve inquiries, and escalate relevant issues to management when necessary.
- Efficiently manage a shared inbox, promptly processing and addressing customer requests.
- Showcase adaptability and versatility by adeptly managing a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements for the Medical Customer Service Representative:
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in customer service role within the healthcare industry.
- Preferably proficient in technical skills and familiar with Electronic Medical Records systems such as Epic or Athena.
- Exceptional follow-up skills, combined with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse internal teams and management levels.
- Highly innovative and resourceful problem-solving capabilities, consistently delivering effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail complemented by adept time management skills.
Salary Range:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour
