Responsibilities of the Medical Customer Service Representative:
  • Provide essential phone support to patients, ensuring prompt assistance and delivering exceptional service.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking information regarding their health records or appointments.
  • Assess individual customer needs, resolve inquiries, and escalate relevant issues to management when necessary.
  • Efficiently manage a shared inbox, promptly processing and addressing customer requests.
  • Showcase adaptability and versatility by adeptly managing a variety of administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements for the Medical Customer Service Representative:
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in customer service role within the healthcare industry.
  • Preferably proficient in technical skills and familiar with Electronic Medical Records systems such as Epic or Athena.
  • Exceptional follow-up skills, combined with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse internal teams and management levels.
  • Highly innovative and resourceful problem-solving capabilities, consistently delivering effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail complemented by adept time management skills.

Salary Range:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour
