Job Description

We are seeking a Dental Front Office Staff to become a part of our team! You will verify insurances, greet all new patients, audit accounts, present treatment plans, and submit insurance claims.

Responsibilities:

Greet all patients who walk through the door and ensure their forms treatment plans are up to date
Plan and coordinate dental services with patients in person and on the phone
Verify insurances prior to patient appointments
Follow up with patient scheduling, recalls, payments, and concerns
Run morning huddles every morning at 7:45 am
Work collaboratively with dentist to implement an ideal patient experience
Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in dental office and coding (Eaglesoft experience is a plus)
Strong leadership qualities
Strong organizational skills
Goal oriented individual
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Must be punctual
