Shipping Clerk | Dublin, CA | Direct Hire | $20-23

Shift: 10am-5:30pm Mon-Fri

We are seeking a highly motivated Shipping and Receiving Specialist who is passionate about ensuring the efficient movement of goods and providing outstanding customer experiences. As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our client’s operations, responsible for outgoing shipments from preparation to delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare outgoing shipments with meticulous attention to detail.
Collaborate with Sales/Customer Service Representatives to accurately pack, label, and ship orders.
Maintain an organized inventory system for efficient retrieval of products.
Ensure compliance with shipping guidelines, including proper boxing, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping.
Generate shipping labels and documentation with a keen eye for detail to prevent delays.
Utilize computer systems to generate packing slips and manage shipping documents.
Safeguard the quality of inventory by promptly documenting damages and discrepancies.
Address and resolve shipping issues, inventory challenges, and customer complaints effectively.
