Insurance Sales Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Entry Level Sales Rep to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Making outbound calls to potential customers to sell our products or services

* Identifying and qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team

* Building rapport and maintaining relationships with customers

* Effectively communicating product or service benefits and features

* Providing accurate and complete information about pricing and delivery times

* Closing sales and achieving individual and team targets

* Documenting customer interactions in a clear and concise manner

* Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase and to gather feedback

Qualifications:

No Sales or Insurance Experience Necessary

Computer and Phone literacy

Excellent Communication Skills

Must Work from the Office
