Job Title: Program Manager Analyst

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Job Duration: 11+m Contract

Primary Skills:

Experience in program management operation support.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc).
Experience with reporting and support.
Excellent interpersonal skills and Business Communication in English
Knowledge of creating Power BI reports is an advantage.
Sense of teamwork spirit, responsibility, and proportion.
Excellent organizational and analytical project skills.
Strong attention to detail with a high sense of urgency
Demonstrated ability to work independently under tight deadlines with changing business and technical conditions.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of creating Power BI reports is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

This position supports the System program management activities including but not limited to:
Follow up with material internal process, coordinate the 1st level material management with supporting operation teams and end users.
Maintain Sample Management System according to program schedule.
Support material allocation.
Support material leverage across sites/teams.
Operation admin support in PM team.
Assist System Program Managers with various administrative and operational tasks needed to complete a project).

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree.
