Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

Location: Santa Ana, CA (On-Site)

Our client is currently seeking a Retail Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers will be highly regarded. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting and explaining our products and services, and suggesting appropriate solutions. As a key member of the sales team, your primary objective will be to utilize your skills to drive sales for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and recommending products.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
• Stay knowledgeable about product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting regular stock checks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
