Looking for Tugboat captains with experience building bridges, fenders, and trestles on the water. Experience in driving piles, sheeting, building coffer dams and template fabrication are all tasks to expect to be asked to perform, while on the dock builder crew as a tugboat captain.

• Operate tug boat to move barges
• Ability to move large barges in fast currents
• Ability to weld and fabricate a plus
• Experience with driving piles and sheeting a plus
• Ability to work from barges
• Ability to rig picks
• Ability to work in a crew

• Possess tug boat license (up to 100 ton)
• Possess NJ Boater Safety certification
• Ability to enter crew when not operating tug boat
• Experience being a deck hand
• Crane operator NCCCO license a plus
• Equipment operator a plus
• Welding certification to D1.5 level a plus
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to work on projects in NJ and Southeast PA area
