A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT

In this tech position you, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment used in manufacturing processes. You carry out regular inspections to determine productivity levels and initiate equipment replacements when needed. Carefully following manuals, you interpret how to properly operate and maintain all types of equipment. Working with safety in mind, you ensure factory workers are following guidelines and using tools correctly.

We rely on your knowledge to advise upper management when new parts or equipment needs to be purchased. To ensure we are always using the best machines, you keep a record of maintenance activities including breakdowns, malfunctions, and services. As needed you help with other tasks. Thanks to you our operation runs smoothly and our clients are satisfied.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical performance
• Able to read schematics
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass periodic drug screenings
