Responsibilities of Business Development Trainee:

• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition, maximize ongoing productivity, and exceed sales targets
• Build coordination with customer service and business development teams to develop new sales and marketing strategies
• Generate new client portfolio reports and organizing client data
• Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned
• Communicate confidently with the sales team and customer account managers to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate business messages
