MUST LIVE IN THE MIDDLE TN AREA

Description:

• Prepare and communicate with Project Supervisors concerning upcoming jobs
• Assess project risks and issue and provide solutions where applicable
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure roofing installations meet or exceed industry standards and company guidelines.
• Daily communication with Project Supervisors on their schedules, issues, or questions
• Review job performance with supervisor on site regarding safety and quality when job has been completed.
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to consistently travel throughout the U.S.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing production/project management
• 5+ years of roofing experience in low slope applications (Modified, TPO, PVC, EPDM, Metal, Coatings)
• Valid driver's license, in good standing
• Proven track record of positive leadership
• Employee must be able to walk on roofs, climb ladders and work at different heights
• Strong organization and communication skills and high attention to detail
• Proficient in adapting to technology and applications
