Independent Contract Regional Nurse Consultant Position

Come be a part of a Boutique Management/Consulting company that serves both LTC and CBC communities in both Oregon and Washington. The preference is that you reside in the Portland Metropolitan area or Tacoma area for ease with travel to each community. You will have the opportunity to partner with additional nurses in creating a flexible schedule. You will be able to serve buildings in both rural and urban areas.

As a Regional Nurse you will review, assess, and consult regarding resident status and regulatory compliance as well as oversee the clinical department and mentor Nurse Leadership positions.

Regional Nurses enjoy a position in which they have the ability to make an impact on the success of the facilities and the staff they serve. Strong candidates are devoted to educating on best practices, have an in-depth understanding of local, state, and federal regulations, and are passionate about providing exceptional care to the residents. A nurse in a regional role, will travel multiple times per month to make in-person visits to each of the organizations they oversee. Depending on the geographic locations of their region, this travel could include driving long distances or flying, and staying away from home overnight. Regional Nurses are uniquely positioned for opportunities to develop clinical programs, improve facility ratings, establish standards of care, and act as the primary contact for facility leadership personnel.
