A Customer Care Representative, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The duties and responsibilities of a CSR include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Recent cash handling experience required
- Proven customer service experience required
- Computer experience in a Windows-based environment is required.
- A minimum of two years of recent experience working with computer database applications is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with business office computer applications
- Ability to develop knowledge of the Company's Customer Service Standards
- Ability and willingness to make decisions mutually beneficial to our customers and Company
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
