We use the Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education and development allowing young children to learn through exploration, while developing confidence in who they are and the world around them.

Teachers will be expected to...

- provide a nurturing and safe learning environment

- create and implement lesson plans

- foster positive relationships with children and their families

- write anecdotal notes for portfolios

- complete childrens electronic daily reports.

We are a 5 Star private preschool located in Charlotte, NC.

Our hours of operation are from 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday.

Full-time Staff have the option of working either 9am-6pm Monday-Friday or 8am-6pm 4 days a week.

An updated criminal background check and NC Qualifying Letter are required for this position.
