Due to the growth, Paragon Staffing, LLC is looking for qualified Set Up Mold Technician to join our team! We take the stress and trouble away from finding each individual the right employment opportunity!

This position consist in the repairs and maintains plastic molding equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulics, conveyor systems, electrical devices and production machines and equipment.

Installs and removes injection molds in injection molding machines.
Installs and removes auxiliary equipment necessary for the injection mold machine
Sets and adjusts injection molding machine to set-up parameters.
Troubleshoots and corrects injection molding machine operations.
Diagnoses basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems with equipment.
Responsible for bringing machine up from a cold condition to a full production operation.
Ensuring the container meets quality specifications.
Responsible for keeping up resin loading and watching dryers on machines.
Load and clean between color changes in mold machines.
Completes checklists as required.
Performs routine preventative maintenance on injection molding machines.
