Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Injection Mold Technician opportunities in Braselton, GA. Responsibilities for an Injection Mold Technician include but are not limited to:
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot plastic injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and secondary operations.

  • Install and remove molds, select molding parameters, and prepare resins for production runs.

  • Perform quality inspections and product testing to ensure parts meet specifications and customer requirements.

  • Conduct preventative maintenance, basic repairs, tooling PMs, and maintain accurate production and maintenance records.

  • Train new operators and provide team lead support while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Candidates for Injection Mold Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Completion of Mold Technician training or a minimum of 3 years of injection molding experience.

  • Experience with injection mold setup, mold changes, troubleshooting, and machine operation.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, perform basic mathematical calculations, and complete quality inspections.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience performing equipment maintenance and repairs.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
